WEll, I graduated last night and only my husband was there to witness me get my Master''s Degree. I told my parents about it and I''m sure my husband told his. No one sent me a card except my husband. I don''t think anyone really cares. And when something this important (to me) happens, you''d think your own family would at least congratulate you. Not one. Boy, what a bummer. I didn''t really do it for anyone''s attention, but for my own self fulfillment, but come on, a lady I never met before came over to me after graduation and said congratulations. What''s wrong with people anyway. Families are supposed to stand by you in the good and bad. I don''t know why I never had either.

This is a little late and after the event, but I just came across your blog. Congrats on getting your masters degree! I am still trying to get my bachelors degree, but I am on course to get it in March 2006. So I am getting closer. Sorry to hear that your family wasn't supportive.
